Author Guidelines

Throughout all life person is concerned about problems of own health. Even those (not many of us) having quite a neglectful attitude to prophylaxis of possible body diseases seek for recovery at occurrence of obvious threats to own health and life. This consequence is based not only on natural selfish aspiration of any normal person to be physically healthy and to have the longest possible life, but also on the whole range of social obligations towards relatives, close people and the circle of active direct communication. Undoubtedly, initially human life as the biological phenomenon is predetermined by instinctive-reflex factors. It acts as the goal free from the need for understanding of own value and meaning. But social specificity of life of any person connected with intellectual nature of personal participation in collective interactions, saturates human life with biological and social value. Only life can provide the person with the chance to perceive the scale and the beauty of the world around. Only person can saturate the world around with sense and meaning, creativity, feelings and active creation. Without humanity the Universe would be filled with matter existing in conditions of natural processes of physical interaction, total indifference and cold emptiness. The human conquers this potentially unlimited world by intellectual concepts and emotional warmness, provides it with the sense of space and time, brings goals and perspective to the slow flow of existence. Is it any way significant? We should think it is! It is significant not only for a man existing in the physical, but also in the biological, social and intellectual environment. We can be sure that the system of nature has nothing superfluous. Humanity also has own strict structural mission within the scale of global unity of biosphere. That's why we should understand that life and health of the person are not just social values of human civilization. These are significant elements of ensuring the resource-based and energetic balance of development of the Universe. Care of health and ensuring the longest possible life is undoubtedly predetermined by the biological and intellectual selfishness of the person, but not only by it obviously... We express hope that our journal and creativity of our authors can make a significant contribution to the development of medical and pharmaceutical knowledge of the society.
