IMPROVING THE LEGAL SUPPORT OF THE ECONOMIC MODEL OF “SHARED ACCESS”

Abstract


The author analyses the main stages of emergence and development of the institution of legal regulation of the model of “shared access” to services through the Internet content with signs of financial and technological self-replication. Their main weaknesses have been defined, and suggestions as to their improvement have been made.
